Table Quilt

Hello,

Here's another quilt I finished for myself over the weekend. This one will go on the dining room table.

I used Moda Shangri-La fabric and a pattern I borrowed from someone. I quilted it with the Lithe pantograph by Willowleaf Studios and P97 Genziana thread on the top and bottom.

Lithe is so easy for beginners. I'd really recommend it.

This is what happens when a friend comes to stay with me for the weekend... Greta came for a visit and brought two quilts that she wanted quilted. I set her up on my Millie and said, "Go for it!" She did gooood... although I'm thinking I should have set her up on Rhonda's Liberty!!

Happy Quilting,

Linda

One for Me

I made this wall hanging when I was away on holidays in March. I spent most of our Canadian long weekend quilting/sewing on things of my own. I am very happy to get this finished. I also made a matching table runner that I will show tomorrow.

Cottage Custom

This quilt was pieced by Joan. I ditched around the houses and did a meander/stippling in the blocks and borders

My favorite block is the very center one. I love the little quilt hanging off the house

SunBonnet Custom

I seem to have a plethora of custom quilts right now. This lovely sunbonnet sue quilt was pieced by Simone.

As you can see, the quilt is quite large; it fits on the king-sized bed in the spare room.

absolutely love how this turned out. It is a little puffy because of the wool batting Simone requested. All the applique is done by hand by Simone. I used Genziana thread for the meandering and squiggly lines; bottom line thread for ditching
