Tilly's Customed Thangle Quilt

Tilly brought in two Thangle quilts; one for each of her daughters for Christmas. Rhonda quilted one and I did the other. It's neat to see how we both went in different directions on the quilts.


I went with feathers on 'mine'. And 8 different colors of thread to blend.
A large feathered wreath in the plain blocks,



And a feather in the center of each pieced block surrounded by continuous curve. Each feather is opposite in the blocks so the quilt is not directional.



More feathers in the corners and ditching everywhere else.
