Lost and Found

I have done a huge clean out of my sewing room. I actually moved my sewing machine out of the quilting studio and into a room upstairs, so all of my fabric came along.

While finding new places to put fabric, I discovered this.

My lost but not forgotten Pinwheel Sampler.

I spent the weekend getting the top together. I'm debating about putting borders on it.
This is my favorite block.

I also finished up this quilt for Vickie.

Vickie wanted very simple quilting so I used my water circle lord board.

I'm off for a few days to do some learning/teaching with a fellow quiltie friend. Maybe I'll have something to show when I get home. Have a great weekend.

Stitching

I'm still sick so not much going on here. I did manage to do a little winter stitchery.

I also got this CrabApple Hill stitchery traced out.

I actually forgot I had this until I found it ready to go in a bag of fabric. Maybe I can finish it up this week

Happy NewYear

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I've enjoyed some time off; especially since I've come down with a cold.

I managed to get my Christmas quilt finished and even on the table for our family Christmas that I hosted on Boxing Day.

I quilted it with the Anne Bright pantograph Splat

I like how it's not a Christmas pattern; the red and green scream Christmas already.

I only made one Christmas present this year and it's for Rhonda.

I have it already to quilt; maybe today I'll feel up to finishing it.
